Online sales from VSNi may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Downloadable Product Sales of VSNi Products
Downloadable product sales are final. Your credit card will be charged at the time you complete the process with HSBC. If you experience any problems then please contact our Customer Service Department. Please reference your order number in all correspondence to VSNi.
