Problems Q&A
Q: I get this error message “Warning: could not install to the default locations”
A: Make sure that you have permissions to save files in the directory where GenStat Discovery is installed. This is most likely to be the case on Microsoft Windows Vista. If you do not have permissions, get a System Administrator to install the license for you. The Administrator must right-click on the GenStat Discovery icon and select ‘Run as Administrator’.
