This menu compares groups of right-censored survival data by nonparametric tests.
Times
Specifies the actual time points for the data.
Censored
Variate containing the values 0 and 1 to indicate whether the corresponding time point is censored (1) or not (0).
Groups
Specifies a grouping factor for the groups that are to be compared.
Blocks
Allows you to specify a factor to indicate different groupings for a stratified test, for example these might represent different centres or laboratories.
Tests
Controls what nonparametric tests are to be used for the analysis. You can choose one or more from Log-rank,
Wilcoxon-Breslow, Tarone-Ware and Wilcoxon (Peto-Prentice).
Available Data
