Times
Time of each observation.
Censored
Variate containing the values 0 and 1 to indicate whether the corresponding time point is censored (1) or not (0).
Subjects
A factor to indicate the subject corresponding to each observation.
Model to be fitted
The model terms to be fitted are specified by entering a model formula.
Maximal Model
If you intend to modify the model by including additional model terms, you should use
this option to specify the largest model that you may want to consider. The model can then
be modified by clicking on the Change Model button.
Offset
Offset to include in the model.
Index
Mapping variate used to produce the expanded variables.
