Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel Store Options

This menu allows you to save results from a Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel or Mantel-Haenszel Test. These results are saved when the graph is run and should be specified before generating the plot. After checking the appropriate boxes, you need to type the names for the identifiers of the data structures into the corresponding In: fields.

Save

The available save options for each type of test are as follows:
StatisticscalarSaves the Mantel-Haenszel Chi-square or Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel statistic.
ProbabilityscalarSaves the probability to the statistic.
Odds ratioscalarSaves the common odds ratio (only for Mantel-Haenszel test on 2x2xk tables).
Lower confidence limitscalarSaves the lower confidence limit for the common odds ratio (only for Mantel-Haenszel test on 2x2xk tables).
Upper confidence limitscalarSaves the upper confidence limit for the common odds ratio (only for Mantel-Haenszel test on 2x2xk tables).

Display in Spreadsheet

The saved results will also be displayed within a new spreadsheet window.

Action Buttons

OKSave the option settings and close the dialog.
CancelClose the dialog without making any changes.
