Dendrogram

When selected, produces a plot of the dendrogram. The Title field can be used to specify a title for the dendrogram plot.

When selected, produces a plot of the minimum spanning tree. The Title field can be used to specify a title for the plot.

This specifies which items of output are to be produced by the analysis.

Correlations	a symmetric matrix of correlations. The values in this matrix are the pair-wise correlations between the probe effects on slide i and slide j
Distances	a symmetric matrix of distances. If the Method option has been set to Correlations this is (1 + Correlation(Slide i, Slide j))/2.
Clustering output	displays output from the hierarchical clustering

OK	Save the option settings and close the dialog.
Cancel	Close the dialog without making any changes.
Defaults	Reset the options to their default settings.
