This menu is used for specifying data for a surface plot, contour plot, 3D
histogram diagram or shade diagram. Once the data have been selected you can
draw the graph by clicking on the Finish button, alternatively, additional
options and axis settings can be set by clicking on the Next button.
Data Grid
Specifies the grid of data to be plotted. Select the name of the identifier
for the data grid from the list. The list will contain data types appropriate
for the type of plot, so for a surface plot, contour plot and 3D histogram the
list will contain matrices, and for a shade diagram the list will contain
matrices and symmetric matrices. Alternatively, type the name of the
identifier in directly to the space provided.
Create Grid
Clicking this button produces a new menu from which you can create a grid from
existing data.
Permutations (Shade Diagram only)
Specifies a variate containing a permutation of the units for a similarity
matrix. Select the name of the identifier containing the permutations from the
list of available variates or type the name of the identifier in direct.
Alternatively, type the name of the identifier directly into the space
provided.
