Hello
I would like some help on the best approach to analysing ordinal data with a random effect. The data set is reasonably simple - 3 treatments, 5 replicates with 9 fruit from each 'plot' scored on a 0 to 3 scale. From the archives it seems that IRCLASS is the way to go. I have never encountered IRCLASS before and wonder if anyone has a simple piece of code to help me get started?
I also have a further data set where the fruit from each 'plot' are scored on 6 occasions. Can the earlier analysis easily be extended to a split-plot-in-time approach or is there a better alternative to account for the repeated measurements?
Thank you all for your time
Carole

Good afternoon
I posted a question about IRCLASS last week (see below) and have had no responses. Has anyone ever used IRCLASS?
Thanks again
Carole
