If you are having problems installing the license after following these instructions, please look at the Q&A at the bottom.
The license will be sent to you within an email. When you receive your license you can install it by following the procedure outlined in the Installation Guide.
A. This problem only occurs if you immediately run GenStat after installing your license. If you shut down GenStat and restart the problem will not happen again.
A: Make sure that you have permissions to save files in the directory where GenStat Discovery is installed. If you do not have permissions, get a System Administrator to install the license for you. The Administrator must right-click on the GenStat for Teaching icon and select ‘Run as Administrator’.
