ASReml license installation, wanting to use R

Problem

Can i use my ASReml license to access ASReml for R as well?

Solution

Yes you can, you just need to save the asreml.lic file in either of the following locations:

C:\program files\common files\vsn international\licenses

Or

C:\Program Files\R\R-2.6.1\bin
